North American Lumber Divisions

North American Lumber Limited offers a variety of services to its customers through four divisions that complement the lumber and building materials business – Midway Homes, North American Lumber Concrete, and Pre-fab Truss Factory. These divisions provide products used for commercial, industrial residential, recreational, and agricultural applications, all with the same quality, service and value offered by North American Lumber stores.

Midway Homes

Midway Homes has locations in Brandon, Warren, Lockport, and Reston in Manitoba. Esterhazy and Carnduff in Saskatchewan. Ready-to-move homes can be constructed at all Midway Homes locations, then moved to the customer’s location of choice. Should a home design be too large to transport effectively, or if a home site is within a reasonable distance for a Midway Homes location, the home can be built on site. Ready-to-move homes can be customized to customer specifications, or customers can bring in their own ideas or designs for a free estimate. Midway Homes uses only high quality products, builds to exacting standards, and covers each and every home with a new-home warranty.

Ready-Mix Concrete

North American Lumber Ready-Mix Concrete divisions are located in Prince Albert and Biggar, Saskatchewan. Established in 1964, 1966 and 1976, respectively, the divisions supply ready-mix concrete for residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural applications. Projects range from driveways and basement foundations, to large agricultural and commercial buildings.

North American Lumber Pre-Fab Truss Manufacturing

Established in 1978, the North American Lumber Pre-fab manufacturing plan operates out of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. As a manufacturer of engineered wood trusses and a supplier of engineered floor joists, the division supplies material for residential, farm and commercial construction projects.
