   Jerry and I would like to take this time to thank you and your staff for all the help when our basement flooded. It was a very stressful time for us, we came to you for information on products and advice, and we got just that. If you didn't have the product you got, and within a week or less, we thank you for that.

Not very often did we come in with a list that it wasn't looked after with the best customer service and more. Now lets talk customer service, there was never a day when i came to the store that i didn't get a greeting with smiles and first name, that made me feel very special to the fact that no matter how stressed i was the management and staff made me feel calm and relaxed.
